Members

Consisting of 11 active and three emeritus members, the participants of the 2025 Traditional Cowboy Arts Association Exhibition & Sale are considered by those in the Western art and equestrian worlds to be the finest craftsmen working in their respective disciplines today. Plus, due to their efforts to continuously push the existing boundaries of the cowboy arts, TCAA members are, at the same time, considered the foremost innovators in the world of the traditional Western arts as well.

2025 Fellows

A key element of the Traditional Cowboy Arts Association’s mission is to promote, through educational opportunities, traditional cowboy craftsmanship among all demographics throughout the North American West and beyond. In addition to annual workshops and seminars one way the TCAA promotes the traditional cowboy arts is through its fellowship program, which covers costs associated with pairing a novice craftsperson with an established TCAA artist for a year of mentorship. With previous fellowship recipients including current TCAA members Beau Compton and Troy Flaharty, the fellowship program has proved life-changing for many of its recipients. The TCAA’s most recent fellowship recipient — silversmith Shawn Didyoung — has been invited to participate in this year’s exhibition and sale.
