TCAA exhibition art is offered through a fixed-price sale. Prices are established by the artist and posted next to each work of art, published in the exhibition catalog and listed in the online catalog. By purchasing a registration, you are eligible to place a ballot for the chance to purchase a work of art. Through a process that is designed and monitored for fairness, a digital application randomly selects a first and second potential buyer giving them the opportunity to purchase during the formal sale on Saturday, October 2. 2021 will look very different. Ballot boxes have been replaced with an app or concierge service. There are three easy ways to purchase pieces from the Traditional Cowboy Arts Exhibition & Sale:
1. Download the Western Heritage app for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch and submit ballots. The app can be used remotely or at the sale. Click here for app instructions
2. If attending in person and not using the Western Heritage app, please visit our concierge table to place your ballots by 6:30 p.m.
3. If unable to attend or to use the app, please fill out and submit the proxy form (must be received by 6:30 p.m. October 2). The proxy form is available online at tcaa.nationalcowboymuseum.org or can be requested by contacting Trent Riley at email@example.com. Fill out the form and submit it online or via email, or print out the form and mail to the Museum

After Opening Weekend
The Traditional Cowboy Arts Exhibition will be available for viewing through January 2, 2022. Unsold art will remain available for purchase through The Museum Store at (405) 839-7831.
