The California Rose
To commemorate the 25th Annual Traditional Cowboy Arts Association Exhibition & Sale, the TCAA’s 13 active members, plus one emeritus member, collaborated on the design and build of a traditional Visalia-style saddle and outfit, including a braided rawhide riata, quirt and hobbles.
