How to Buy
Thanks for your interest in buying a one-of-a-kind piece from the excellent artists of the Traditional Cowboy Arts Association.
Our goal is to connect you with a great work of art. The artists decide the prices for the art, which you can see in three places: our online catalog, our printed catalog, and posted next to the piece while it is on exhibit at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum.
If you are joining us in person, first of all: Howdy, thanks for being here!
Here’s how the sale works: Your registration gives you a spot in the sale. On the night of the in-person, fixed-price sale, you’ll get a ballot book. If you’re interested in a piece of art, fill out a ballot and drop it into the box next to the artwork. If your ballot is selected, you’ll get a chance to buy the art. Congratulations!
Can’t Attend?
Can’t join us here in Oklahoma City? No problem! Fortunately, we’ve got you covered if you’ve seen art that you love and want to purchase. Our proxy service is available to fill out a ballot and drop it in on your behalf. Click here to find out more.
After Opening Weekend
We will keep the online catalog up and sell artwork through the end of the exhibition through Dec. 1, 2024. Unsold art will remain available for purchase through our store, Persimmon Hill. Just give them a call at (405) 839-7831.
